We don’t want anyone to ever have to cancel their membership due to financial hardships or life changes that have arisen. Please contact us if that is the reason for your cancelation so that we can work together to find a way to keep you on your mat!
To cancel, notice must be sent at least 15 days prior to your next billing date. Unused classes and guest passes do not carry over to the next monthly billing cycle. You cannot retroactively cancel your membership if your monthly autorenew has gone through already for the month. No credit will be applied.
Prepaid memberships and semester passes cannot canceled.
To cancel M3online subscriptions: Login to your account and go to your dashboard. Click Billing -> Change Plan -> Cancel Membership. If you signed up using Mindbody before this new platform, our team will then cancel your M3online autopay in that system. (Note: Canceling via M3online does NOT also cancel your in-person membership through Mindbody.)
