Membership Change Request Form
Membership Upgrades: You can upgrade anytime without penalty or prior notice. Unused classes and guest passes do not carry over to the next monthly billing cycle. Guest passes can be used as additional passes for members in each billing cycle.
Membership Downgrades: To downgrade or cancel a membership, notice must be sent via our Membership Change Request Form below at least 15 days prior to your next billing date for payment processing to be stopped in time. Unused classes and guest passes do not carry over to the next monthly billing cycle. Pro-rated amounts will not be refunded.
