Vinyasa flow is a unique style of yoga where postures are linked together in a continuous, creative flow. Sun Salutations, standing postures, twists, backbends and forward folding. Each movement is timed on an inhale or exhale. You will combine strength and flexibility while toning the body and clearing the mind. Fluid, dynamic and exciting.
Students are encouraged to move at their own pace with intention and to listen to their body as they explore their own edge and discover inner strength. Instructors will offer many options for each pose to accommodate all student levels, beginner to advanced.
