Using Pilates principles and high-intensity interval training) principles, HIIT Mat Pilates is a challenging, full-body, low-impact, high-intensity workout in an unheated space. HIIT Pilates strengthens muscles and leaves you empowered — all without the pounding of a high-impact workout (no jumping). It is designed for all fitness levels and utilize mat pilates principles and moves. Classes are high energy, with amazing music.
