Hips, Hammies & Glutes

This class focuses on strengthening and then stretching everything below your waistline. Your hips, hamstrings, and booty muscles will be targeted first in strengthening postures and then stretched and released.

This class is Vinyasa based. Excellent for runners. You legs will thank you for this one-of-a-kind class.
