Inferno Power Pilates

Take your full-body workout to the next level with Inferno Power Pilates. This one-hour Pilates-based class combines Pilates moves with the dynamic use of dumbbells and resistance bands, delivering an experience that will challenge both your body and mind.

Inferno Power Pilates is also a low impact class, so it also provides therapeutic, mindful muscle activation so you will walk away from your workout feeling stronger, happier, and healthier. We spend the first 30-35 minutes on the mat working our core, back muscles, and sides with targeted Pilates shapes before moving on to the rest of the workout.
