Inferno Strength is an all-level class that is designed to take your full body workout to the next level! It is a one hour high intensity interval training class that uses dumbbells and resistance bands. It is a fantastic workout that is sure to challenge your mind and body in the best way possible!
Inferno Strength Pilates is also a low impact class, so it also provides therapeutic, mindful muscle activation so you will walk away from your workout feeling stronger, happier, and healthier.
