The Spiritual Warrior set sequence (the same each time) offers a structured flow that encompasses the Magic 10 warm-ups, transitions into Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutations), and progresses through a variety of standing and balancing poses, backbends, and forward bends, inversions, culminating in a peaceful Savasana. Most poses are held for at least five breaths, facilitating deeper focus and breath awareness.
