This class uses “pranayama” or breathing techniques to raise, calm and balance the energy in our bodies. This breath centered meditation will be guided by trained instructors in the healing power of breathing. Aimed to help calm the nervous system and restore your mind. M3 stands for mind. matter. movement. so come and move your mind into a more balanced and steady place.

Note: Doors to the studio are locked at class time for Pranayama & Meditation classes to ensure the atmosphere will not be disturbed by late arrivals.

All Pranayama & Meditation classes are held at the M3Yoga Center at the Tree Room at 159 Oneta St. Unit 5, Ste. #50.
