This all levels class is designed with the core in mind! A vinyasa flow-base, with sequencing to strengthen all muscles involving the core while linking breath with movement. You will work specific muscle groups to strengthen and tighten your core.
We add a little of our far-infrared heat to help your muscles open up and get your sweat on.
