Warm Strong Core

This all levels vinyasa class will bring fire to your core. Core exercises and drills are woven together throughout the flow and target all muscle groups involving your midsection, including the deep core stabilizers. Develop core strength, sweat and flow in this dynamically fun class.

We add a little of our far-infrared heat to help your muscles open up and get your sweat on.

All Strong Core classes are held at the M3Yoga Studio at 149 Oneta St. Suite 6E2.
