This class is how to take your asana practice up a notch. Vinyasa based but postures will focus on strength building and body awareness in order to work up into inversions and arm balances. More advanced postures will be taught, however the focus will be training the parts of the body that help you execute the poses perfectly.
If you have never been upside down, this class gives you the means to do it. If you have been upside down a million times, this class will be an amazing way to gain new insights into how to move with integrity.
All levels class, however don’t be surprised when the instructor says, “handstand hops.”
