The DEI Committee will review your report, seek clarity if needed, and determine an action plan. The committee will recommend and review the action plan with the leadership team. We take all complaints seriously and treat each complaint individually. The DEI Committee will acknowledge receipt of COC Feedback Forms within 24 hours.
