We are hiring two Studio Assistants, one Social Media Intern and one Video Intern.

Studio Assistant

Hours: 13-22 hours per week (Average 6.5 hours per shift, usually starting at 3 or 4pm on weekdays and 8am on weekends)
Compensation: $10/hour, free unlimited classes, 30% off retail and workshops, 10% off 200 hour teacher training

The M3Yoga Studio Assistant is responsible for helping facilitate the check-in and sales process, maintaining studio appearance, and cleaning & laundry.

Front Desk Operations – 50%
• Greet M3Yoga students, facilitate the check-in process for select class times
• Provide and role model excellent customer service at all times
• Educate students on classes, memberships, intro offers, and events

Studio Maintenance – 50%
Prepare cold towels and cleaner as needed
Clean, tidy, and organize all areas of the studio and lobby  prior to and after designated classes
Sweep and clean floors, vacuum rug as needed
Fulfill daily deep cleaning tasks and other special projects


Video Intern

Hours: Flexible per week
Compensation: $12/hour, free unlimited classes, 20% off retail, workshops & trainings

M3Yoga is looking for an experienced part-time videography intern to capture and edit footage for marketing campaigns and social media.

• Video content creation 70%
• Editing & Uploading 25%
• Client/Team Communication & Coordination – 5%

• Experience shooting video for marketing or social media purposes
• Camera and other gear required for shooting
• Ability to edit clips regularly and occasionally add voiceover/music for longer form content
• Dependable, accountable and responsible
• Self-motivated idea generator
• Willingness to attend studio events/workshops to gather content


Social Media Intern

Hours: 10-15 hours per week
Compensation: Free unlimited classes, 30% off retail, workshops & trainings

M3Yoga is looking for an experienced Social Media Coordinator to engage its online audience and develop content to promote our values and studio happenings. A Social Media Coordinator plays a critical role in shaping M3Yoga’s brand and communicating with our Warriors online.

• Content Creation (post writing, photography, videography, graphic design, stories, schedules) 50%
• Content Planning & Posting 30%
• Client/Team Communication & Coordination – 10%
• Monitor & Engage – 5%
Event Coverage – 5%

• Self-motivated idea generator
• Social media experience at a brand level
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva experience a plus)
• Willingness to attend studio events/workshops to gather content
