Nicky Jones

Nicky began practicing yoga in 2002 in Sonoma County California with her teacher and mentor Simone Simon. There she learned very quickly yoga helped to calm her anxiety and be present with her body. She considers yoga her moving meditation and connection to her source. Nicky joined M3 in 2018 and has been loving every class she attends since. M3 has provided Nicky with a sense of community and serenity. She wants to share her passion for yoga with others, and is so grateful to be a part of the  M3 team. In her free time Nicky loves floating in bodies of water, snuggle with her pups, listening to hip hop, and spending time with her soul family.
