Biography:

Drew began practicing yoga last year to be more present and foster a healthier relationship between mind and body. He immediately took notice of its benefits, perceiving the practice of yoga not only as a supplement to physical exercise, but also as a means of recharging mentally. Since he first started at M3, Drew has appreciated the sense of community that the studio offers and is excited to pay it forward to both new and current students. He’s a graduate of the University of Georgia and will go on to pursue his master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling this fall. In his free time, Drew enjoys going on runs, reading, and exploring different genres of music.
