
Emily Smith
Biography:
Emily began practicing yoga in early 2020 and immediately knew she had found something special. Throughout the pandemic, Emily grew her practice at home, holding onto yoga as a source of grounding and self-discovery. Finally joining a studio in 2021, she fell in love with the community surrounding the practice she had come to in solitude. Eager to share with others how yoga has shaped her life, Emily took a 200 hour YTT with M3 in 2022. Emily is trained in both Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga as well as Inferno Hot Pilates. As a teacher, Emily’s passion is to provide a grounding space for others to explore and she hopes to encourage her students to feel capable, compassionate, and curious on the mat and within their day-to-day lives.
