Jill came to yoga in 2011 as a way to connect a physical practice to a deeper emotional experience. Yoga continually has been a guide to return to the body and breath, no matter the situation. After being certified to teach in 2014, Jill has continued to place an emphasis on breath-body connection and cultivates a judgement free environment in her classes and practices. Yoga looks different on every person, and can change from day to day. In Jill’s class you will come away with an acceptance that today’s practice was exactly what it needed to be.
