While Liz has dabbled in yoga throughout her life, she truly fell in love with her asana practice in 2019. After years of struggling with exercise as punishment and disordered eating, her yoga practice helped Liz tap into her body’s intuition, knowing when her body is craving to be pushed to its limit and knowing when it needs the power of restoration – finding the value in both. Her goal is to bring that same dynamic into each of her classes (with the addition of some dry humor along the way). Liz’s classes try to balance tuning into sensation and listening to your body’s natural intuition. Liz hopes that each student will leave feeling empowered in their body and by their own voice. She graduated from 200-hour Hatha and Vinyasa YTT at M3 Yoga in January of 2021 and then continued her 300-hour training at M3.
