Molly came to yoga as a life-long athlete with a need for a new way to move. She started with power yoga and has never looked back. Through practicing yoga she found a unique community and strength in her body and mind. After years of struggling with negative body image and all the things that come with it, yoga has given her a place where she can appreciate her body and the things it can do. She is a firm believer in “yoga for every body” and strives to create a space for student to find comfort and confidence in their bodies and to discover their strength. Molly completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at the M3Yoga Center in September 2019 and she completed Rocket Teacher Training with Yoga Ah Studio in May 2020.
