Molly came to yoga as a life-long competitive athlete who needed a change. One night she wandered into a small power yoga class at the local gym and never looked back. Through practicing yoga she found a unique community and strength in her body and mind. After years of struggling with negative body image and all the things that come with it, yoga has given her a place where she can appreciate her body and the things it can do.
She is a firm believer in “yoga for every body” and strives to create a space for student to find comfort and confidence in their bodies and to find their strength. Molly completed her 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training at the M3Yoga Center in 2019.
