Samm began her yoga journey 3 years ago while attending graduate school as a way to cope with stress. Since then, she has become a hospital social worker. She came to M3Yoga a little over a year ago while looking for a studio that provided acceptance and a judgement free practice. She soon began building connections with teachers and students alike and became passionate about the idea that yoga can be practiced by every body. In yoga, she began to appreciate everything her body could do instead of what it could not, gained confidence, and found peace. She enjoys vinyasa, rocket, and restorative classes and hopes to one day become a certified yoga instructor. In her free time, she is an avid plant collector, involved dog mom, and loves to read, paint, and sing.
