Stevie began practicing yoga in 2014 as a way to continue authentic movement after ending a 19 year dance career. Knowing the importance of moving and stretching the body, she picked up yoga online, not knowing how effective the practice would be beyond the physical components. Stevie quickly found that yoga helped her manage anxiety and depression through mindful movement, which sparked a passion for sharing this practice with others. She completed her 200 hour Vinyasa teacher training in 2020 through M3Yoga at Serenbe Yoga & Bodyworks. Stevie’s passion for authentic movement, flow and alignment shines through in her classes, along with spiritual and philosophical components to help her students become the best version of themselves.
