Victoria King stepped into her first yoga class in 2009. What drew her to yoga was the internal healing powers, and the possibility for yoga to be a way to cope with stress, anxiety, and depression. At the time, she was unaware of all the potential that yoga could truly hold. Over the years she has become a firm believer that yoga is for everybodyin some way, shape, or form. Since her first yoga class, yoga has continually been there for her through all of life’s highs and lows, and has always served as a gentle reminder that life is exactly as it should be in that moment.

Victoria completed her 200 hour YTT in 2019 at M3 Yoga. Her goal as a teacher is to help bring the peace of mind, inner clarity, and strength building that yoga has brought to her to her students. Her classes focus on the mind-body connection, building strength from the inside out, and learning to take the lessons learned on the mat out into daily life.
