Whitney committed to Yoga in 2018, during the early stages of her journey for deeper purpose. The practice resonated with her as the physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits immediately reverberated through the elements of her life both on and off the mat. She enjoys a well-rounded practice balanced between higher-paced challenging classes and deeply meditative restorative classes, appreciating that each style affords her with a deeper connection to herself in its own way.
Whitney brings this same appreciation of the Yoga practice to her classes, meeting students where they are on their own journeys, and encouraging exploration through classes centered around the breath and self-inquiry. She believes that collective healing starts at the individual level and aims to guide her students towards a deeper connection with themselves by fostering an inclusive, accessible, and judgement-free space for anyone willing to explore.
She completed her 200-hour Yoga teacher training with Nick Combs and Kate Guthrie in January 2021.
