Favorite book? Ugh, so hard to pick one. I just reread Til We have Faces by C. S. Lewis, and that made me cry so that was good. Also I just love Harry Potter and Lord of the Rings
Favorite movie? Wonder Woman

When did you start practicing yoga and why?
I started practicing yoga as a freshman in college just to try it out. I fell in love with it and was hooked! I also almost immediately experienced relief from different injuries including back pain and shoulder problems from swim team.
What’s your favorite yoga style?
Hatha/vinyasa. But recently I like alignment based because of Noah Maze
How long have you taught yoga? What inspired you to teach?
The immediate relief I experienced on a regular practice of yoga made me want to share it with others.
What’s your advice to someone who is new to yoga?
If you don’t love the first class you take, try a different one. Be open to trying new classes and new teachers because you might just love it. Be easy on yourself and remember it is not a competition, it is about acceptance, love, and learning to take care of yourself.
What is your favorite pose?
Down dog or legs up the wall
What’s your favorite class to teach at M3? Favorite to take?

What do you enjoy most about M3?
I love that M3 really is yoga for every body and has options for everyone. It is an encouraging and uplifting atmosphere that is really special and welcoming.
