Our M3 Loyalty Program is an easy way to earn perks for coming to class. Earn points to move up tiers and unlock perks like free exclusive M3 merch, Bonus Guest Passes or invitations to special appreciation events.
How It Works
It’s simple: you earn 20 points for every class you take at any location of M3 Yoga & Hot Pilates.You can easily track your points and tier status in real-time by opening the M3 Yoga app.
Keep an eye out for special special events or designated times of the year where you can earn bonus points!
The Tiers & Perks
There are five tiers in the M3 Loyalty Program. As you earn points and level up, you’ll receive an email and text message celebrating your new status and explaining your unlocked perks.

Note: Perks marked with an asterisk (*) do not roll over to the next calendar year
End of Year Rollover
At the end of each year (January 1st), your point total will reset to 0. However, you do not lose the status you worked for! The tier you earned in the previous year is guaranteed for the entire following year. Your “soft” perks stay with you all year long, while your “hard” perks must be re-earned by hitting the point threshold again.

How do I earn points?
It’s simple: just show up for class! You earn 20 points for every class you take at M3 Yoga & Hot Pilates. Keep an eye out for special “Double Point” days or seasonal events to boost your total even faster.
Where can I see my points and my tier status?
Open the M3 Yoga app. Your M3 Loyalty Program dashboard is built right in, showing your current point total and your tier progress in real-time.
Do I get points for past classes?
With the launch of the M3 Loyalty Program, we have retroactively counted all classes taken in 2026, yes.
How will I know if I move up a tier?
You can look in the M3 Yoga app. You also will receive a celebration email that explains all your new perks and a text message. Make sure you opt into receiving these messages under the Notification -> Marketing Communications settings in the M3 Yoga app
How do I get my exclusive merch rewards like the cooling towel or the Elite t-shirt?
Once you hit a tier that includes custom gear (Signature, Elite, or Icon), you’ll receive a confirmation email. Bring that email to the front desk at the studio during your next visit, and our team will get you your new gear.
Do my points reset every year?
Yes, points reset to 0 on January 1st of each year. However, you don’t lose the status you worked for! The tier you earned in 2026 is guaranteed for the entire 2027 calendar year.
If my points reset, do I lose my perks?
Your status and “soft” perks (like discounts, rate locks, and priority booking) stay with you all year long based on the tier you earned the previous year. You only need to re-earn points to unlock the “hard” perks again, like the annual account credits, Bonus Guest Passes, and the new year’s edition of the custom merch.

How does the Bonus Fee Forgiveness work? If my membership already has that, will I lose it?
The system has an automatic procedure to apply your fee forgiveness once at the Elite and Icon tiers. Your membership (like Teal or 12 Months Prepaid) also may include fee forgiveness. Once the membership forgiveness is exhausted, the system will then use the Bonus Fee Forgiveness automatically for you to the next possible usage. You are not able to pick and choose when those forgivenesses are applied.
What are Bonus Guest Passes and how do I use them?
Once you hit Signature tier or higher, you will see a Bonus Guest Pass credit added to your account automatically. These credits are valid for 30 days and expire at the end of the year.
To book a guest using a Bonus Guest Pass, first make sure they have an M3 Yoga account by having them create one at m3yoga.com/account. After that, use your M3 Yoga app and find the class you want your guest to attend. Tap Reserve and then toggle to Reserve for Guest. Type in your guest’s email address and then tap Pay With and select Bonus Guest Pass. Your guest will then be booked into class.
Can I use my Bonus Guest Passes for workshops?
Bonus Guest Passes are valid for all regularly scheduled classes. Workshops, teacher trainings, and retreats are excluded from Bonus Guest Pass use, though you may have separate discounts for those based on your tier!
Do the Bonus Guest Passes have any restrictions?
The Bonus Guest Passes follow the same policy for regular guest passes: the same individual can only attend up to two classes per year as a guest.
Can Bonus Guest Passes and Bonus Fee Forgiveness be rolled over to the next year?
No. Bonus Guest Passes and fee forgiveness must be used within the earning year and do not roll over, even if the tier status carries over.
Are Bonus Guest Passes and Bonus Forgiveness fees cumulative?
Yes. If you reach M3 Signature tier, you receive 1 Bonus Guest Pass. If you then move to M3 Elite, you receive an additional 2 Bonus Guest Passes. At M3 Icon, you would receive an added 3 Bonus Guest Passes, meaning you will have had 6 total for the year. The same is true for Bonus Fee Forgiveness, meaning Icon tier receives 3 total for the year.
How does the Bonus Retail Discount work?
If your membership already includes a retail discount, that will still apply. The system will then automatically add a bonus discount of 5-15%, depending on your loyalty tier.
What exactly is the monthly membership rate lock?
Once a Warrior reaches the M3 Insider tier (Tier 2) or higher, the monthly price of their current membership will not increase as long as they maintain their tier status and do not cancel their membership. Semester Passes, 10 Class Passes and other prepaid passes rates are not locked with this perk.
What does first access to early class styles mean?
One of M3’s core values is innovation and improvement. As we add new class styles or modalities, you’ll be among the first invited to try out those experiences and provide your personal feedback to help shape them. Think of it as an insider’s invite to preview what’s ahead for our community.
I already get complimentary hand towels and/or a mat for walking, carpooling or as a membership perk, does that change?
Nope! You’ll still get that perk. The complimentary rentals included in the loyalty tiers are just a bonus for those Warriors who do not already get those rentals free of charge.
