Membership Pause Request Form

Pause requests must be submitted at least 10 days prior to the desired pause start date.

Please note that your membership renewal billing date will be adjusted based on the membership pause duration. Also, if you attend a class during your requested pause period, your membership autodraft will be processed at that time.

You cannot retroactively pause your membership if your monthly autorenew has gone through already. No credit will be applied.

If you pause your membership, it will unpause on the date you provide without notification to you. If you pause and then decide you need to cancel, you will still need to provide 15 days notice from your date of unpause to avoid being charged again.

Prepaid memberships and semester passes cannot be paused.

Please note, if you are pausing due to financial reasons, we offer monthly “pay what you can” memberships to anyone who needs some support to make yoga accessible. More information on those is here.

M3Yoga membership pauses must be at least 1 full billing period. Partial billing pauses are not permitted. (Example: If your auto-renew date is the 15th of the month, you must pause from at least the 15th of one month to the 15th of the next such as May 15 to June 15; you could not pause from May 15 to May 30)
Pauses cannot last more than 90 days.
