Temporary Closure FAQ

If you haven’t already, please read a message from Nick about closing the studios March 15-27.

Why did you decide to close?
You can read Nick’s full letter explaining our reason for closing here, but essentially we want to reduce the risk to our M3 community as well as the community at large by being a place where a large number of people share an intimate space and items.

I’m a member, how do I keep my yoga practice going?
We’ve set up M3online for all monthly and prepaid/semester members. M3online is a collection of exclusive video and audio classes for our members. Right now there are 16 different classes to choose from. We will be updating M3online with more content every day at least while closed so that your practice can remain fresh and varied.

If you’re an M3 prepaid or monthly member, you should have already received an email about M3online and how to access it. If you did not, let us know and we’ll get you set up.

My monthly membership renewed between March 1 and March 14, what does that mean for me?
Your membership will be paused while we are temporarily closed. Upon re-opening your membership will unpause and your next billing date shift by 12 days. For example if you’re normally charged March 1, your new billing date after we re-open will be April 13. If you renewed March 14, your next date will not be until April 26. (Note, if you don’t want your billing date to change, please let us know and will run it as usual).

My monthly membership renews between March 15 and March 27, what does that mean for me?
Your membership will not renew while we are temporarily closed. Upon re-opening your membership will unpause and your card on file will be charged as usual. This will shift your billing date to the 28th of every month. For example if you’re normally charged March 15, your new billing date after we re-open will be March 28. (Note, if you don’t want your billing date to change, please let us know and will run it as usual).

I’m on your 40 day intro offer, what does that mean for me?
Your Intro Offer will be paused. We want you to experience M3Yoga at its best when we re-open. We add 12 days to your intro offer when we re-open so you get your full 40 days!

I have a 10 class pass, what does that mean for me?
Our 10 class passes expire after one year. We’ll add an extra 12 days on so you get the full year (plus Leap Year’s extra day!)

I’m on a Guest Week Pass, what does that mean for me?
If you’re in the middle of a Guest Week, we’ll pause it and resume it once we re-open.

What will classes be like when M3 re-opens?
Our class sizes will remain capped, and the schedule will be modified. This will allow our community to safely ease back into public classes together.

What about events/workshops?
Our Inversions workshop, Sweat Into Spring and Flow & Craft have all been postponed. We will announce the new dates for those ASAP.

How can I keep supporting M3Yoga?
SEND LOVE! This decision was gut-wrenching to make and will severely hurt our business and our employees. We will need all the love and support we can get!

Thinking about joining? Join now and we can start your membership the day we re-open. Or buy an M3 gift card to send a loved one once we’re back up and running. Or if you’re really moved to do so, we’re also accepting donations (PayPal: team@m3yoga.com – Venmo M3yogastudio – email us)

If you’re considering canceling or pausing your membership at this time, please don’t. This will significantly impact M3 and is our biggest fear. We have already seen the effects of COVID-19 and have already taken a hit there. As with most small businesses, a closure of any kind can be so painful, so we ask anyone who can afford to to stay a member with us.
