Where are you from? I traveled a lot with my military family but home is Colorado Springs, Colorado

What’s your passion? Helping others and yoga

How long have you practiced yoga?
Around 11 years
What’s your favorite yoga style?
Vinyasa Flow style. It depends. Now I try and listen to what my body needs sometimes that’s a little more or a little less.
Why did you decide to attend teacher training?
I wanted to learn how to safely and effectively share the healing practice of yoga.
Why did you decide to train at the M3Yoga Center?
M3Yoga is my yoga family. The instructors are well educated and passionate about yoga, and I wanted to learn from these amazing instructors.
What has been your favorite part of the training so far?
Connecting with the other trainees to be honest.
What’s been the hardest part of the training so far?
The Self-Study work has been challenging but a wonderful part of the yoga path.
What is one thing you wish you knew before the training?
How much sitting there would be hahaha
