Yin is my number 1 favorite, with a slow vinyasa flow as a close second

Why did you decide to attend teacher training?
I wanted to have the chance to study yoga in a systematic way, deepen my practice that has meant so much to me, and possibly be able to share it with others in the future

Why did you decide to train at the M3Yoga Center?
I also practice at M3 and I love the vibe there. It’s inclusive and warm

What has been your favorite part of the training so far?
My favorite part so far has been connecting with the other people in the training

What’s been the hardest part of the training so far?
The hardest part is overcoming my own “limiting beliefs” about my abilities on the yoga mat

What is one thing you wish you knew before the training?
I wish I had known that everyone else feels nervous too. I thought I was the only one!

What is your advice to someone considering teacher training?
If it feels right, it’s right!
